WP Easy News Scroller

“WP Easy News Scroller” Plugin is a jquery based wordpress plugin which is used to show the wordpress news or relevant posts with various sliding effects and sixteen (16) different Themes. It can be integrated in the sidebar or footer area on your Blog or Website. WP Easy News Scroller Plugin adds latest news with Title, Image and Description. One can easily install and setup the plugin into the WordPress site. This plugin is compatible up to Wordpress Version: 3.5.0.

Features of WP Easy News Scroller

•  This plugin is suitable for sidebar or footer area.

• Unlimited news or events can be shown at the frontend.

•  It has seven (7) type of Transitions like Scroll Up, Scroll Down, Scroll Left, Scroll Right, Fade, Shuffle, curtainX and Zoom.

•  Admin can set the Speed and Timeout of scrolling.

• This plugin has sixteen (16) different Themes like Gray, Gray Black, White, Solid Pink, Gradient Pink, Solid Black, Gradient Black, Solid Red, Gradient Red, Light Black, Orange, Solid Blue, Gradient Blue, Sky Blue, Solid Green and Gradient Green.

• Width and Height can be easily customized.

• Uploaded image of the news content is also resizable.

• News description has HTML and Visual editor.

• Admin can Active/Deactivate the news post from dashboard.

Installation

• Download the plugin.

• Unzip the file.

• Upload the “wp-easy-news-scroller” folder to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.

• Activate the plugin from “Plugins” menu in Wordpress Admin.

• Insert the News Title, News Description by pressing the Easy-Scroller->New news menu in Wordpress Admin.

•   Finally drag the “Easy Scroller” in your suitable widget area from Appearance->Widgets in Wordpress Admin.

Thats it!

NB. After activate the plugin please set the plugin Title and other functionality from “Widgets” option base on your website’s sidebar or footer area.

New News

• Title : Insert the News or Events heading at this textbox area (*mandatory)
•  Description : Write the News or Events Description (*mandatory). Customize the text by HTML or Visual editor.
•  Upload image : This feature is optional. Users may or may not add any image for the news/event.
•  Press the Post News button.

View News

• User can Change the news information from this panel

Edit News

• User can update the news information from this panel.

Widget Area

User can customize some view properties of  “WP Easy News Scroller” Plugin from this panel.

Title:This title will display at the top of the plugin of view position.

Transition:User may change the sliding effect from this area. There are some nice effect Transitions available here like Scroll Up, Scroll Down, Scroll Left, Scroll Right, Fade, Shuffle, curtainX and Zoom.

Speed:User may increase/decrease the Transition speed of News Scroller form here.

Timeout:Timeout means how long a particular message/news should be visible to the viewers.

Theme:User may choose the different types of themes depending on their website/blog design or color. There are many types of themes available here like Gray, Gray Black, White, Solid Pink, Gradient Pink, Solid Black, Gradient Black, Solid Red, Gradient Red, Light Black, Orange, Solid Blue, Gradient Blue, Sky Blue, Solid Green and Gradient Green.

Height:User may customize the plugins height from here. If the news description is long then user can increase the height. Default height has been set 240 px.

Image Width:Uploaded image width is set from here.

Image Hight:Uploaded image height is set from here.
